Day 1. Arrival and Welcome

Itineraries:

* Pick up from Chiang Mai Airport, Upon arrival at Chiang Mai International Airport, you'll be greeted by our friendly staff and transferred to your comfortable accommodation and Check in at your hotel

Day 2. Chiang Mai City Highlights By Local Transport, Walking Tour and Mae Ping River Cruise

Chiang Mai offers a range of local transport options, including tuk-tuks, songthaews (shared red trucks), and Samlor bicycle rickshaws and Enjoy a Mae Ping River Cruise boat

Tour Highlights:

Pick-up: We will begin by picking you up at your hotel using tuk-tuks. These three-wheeled vehicles will take you to two must-visit locations: Warorot Market, also known as Kad Luang

Samlor Ride: Following our market exploration, we'll take a leisurely "samlor" ride. Samlors are traditional three-wheeled cycle rickshaws commonly found in various parts of Thailand. They provide a unique and relaxed way to explore local areas and markets, making them ideal for tourists. Our samlor journey will take us to Thapae Gate and then continue to Wat Phrasingh.

Exploring on Foot: From Wat Phrasingh, we will continue our journey on foot. Our walk will take us to the Three King Monument 

Take a Red Taxi or Songthaews, shared pickups with benches to Mae Ping River Cruise.

* Take a river Cruise and see Chiang Mai from the river. Leave the city behind and relax awhile, carried along the cool waters of the Mae Ping River Ping. Stop at a local farmer’s riverside garden and see for yourself the cultivation of jasmine rice and a variety of herbs for use both in medicine and cookery. Enjoy a snack of seasonal fresh fruits and savour the refreshing taste of lemon-grass juice. You'll also have the opportunity to sample the flavors of 'Khaosoi' a popular and flavorful Thai dish

* After that we will transfer you back to the hotel located in the city center.

Itineraries:

* At 07.00 am. We will begin by picking you up at your hotel in the city center by using tuk-tuks. These three-wheeled vehicles will take you to two must-visit locations: Warorot Market, also known as Kad Luang. This bustling market is one of the most famous in Chiang Mai, attracting both locals and tourists. It offers a wide range of goods, including fresh produce such as fruits, flowers, vegetables, herbs, and spices. The market is also a haven for food lovers, with numerous stalls serving a wide selection of Thai street food, from traditional dishes to snacks and sweets. During our visit, we'll make a stop to sample "Pa Tong Go" ("Ko Neng"), a local favorite - Fried Dough Sticks.

After our market exploration, we'll take a rickshaw ride to visit Tha Phae Gate (a popular starting point for walking tours), and We'll ride through the main street in the center of the old city to visit Wat Pra Singh.

Following our walking tour to the Three King Monument and take a Red Taxi or Songthaews, shared pickups with benches to Mae Ping River Cruise. 

* Take a river Cruise and see Chiang Mai from the river. Leave the city behind and relax awhile, carried along the cool waters of the Mae Ping River Ping. Enjoy the ever-changing river bank scene – resplendent teak houses, rural greenery and sunny-faced kids scrambling into the water. Stop at a local farmer’s riverside garden and see for yourself the cultivation of jasmine rice and a variety of herbs for use both in medicine and cookery. Enjoy a snack of seasonal fresh fruits and savour the refreshing taste of lemon-grass juice. You'll also have the opportunity to sample the flavors of 'Khaosoi' a popular and flarvorful Thai dish

* After that we will transfer you back to the hotel free transfers available for hotels located in the city center.

Please Note:

The tour itinerary is flexible and can be adjusted during the tour based on weather conditions and other factors. It will, however, maintain the same overall concept. Remember to wear comfortable walking shoes and stay hydrated when exploring the city on foot.

Day 3: Elephant Sanctuary – Buatong Sticky Waterfall and Doi Suthep Temple

Itineraries:

* Pick up from your hotel at 07.30 am.

* We'll drive to Elephant Sanctuary

* Arrive and change into traditional mahout clothing

* Greet the elephants with your own basket of bananas.

* Play with our elephant family as you learn about their behavior and past.

* Mud spa with the elephants

* Enjoy bathing with elephants and playing in the sand.

* After finish the program, we will drive to Nam Tok Bua Tong or Buatong Sticky Waterfall and Sticky in nature due to the Limestone deposit on the ricks you can climb up, relax and swim here.  (The limestone waterfall)

* Next, Visit Doi Suthep temple - The most important temple in Chiang Mai. Exercising time by walking up 306 steps to the temples or taking the funicular to the temple with the attitude at 1,100 m above the sea level. See the Northern Thai dented corner golden pagoda which contain the relic of the Lord Buddha.

* Finally, We will drive back to your hotel

Clothing: Polite clothes such as trousers or a long skirt should be worn for the visit to Temple

Day 4: Chiang Rai Excursion - White Temple - Visit Singh Park Tea Plantation - Blue Temple – Lalita Café - Huay Pla Kung Temple

* Pick up from your hotel in Chiang Mai at 07.30 am.

* Drive to Chiang Rai about 3.30 hours

* Take a break at Mae Khachan hot spring

* Visit the incredible ‘White Temple’ in Chiang Ra (Wat Rong Khun)

* Visit Singh Park Tea Plantation

* Visit Blue Temple (Wat Rong Sua Tent)

* Have lunch on the way

* Lalita Cafe

* Wat Huay Pla Kung (Guan Yin Temple)

* Check in at your hotel in Chiang Rai

Day 5: Chiang Rai Tour – Baan Dam Black House – Karen Longneck - Chiang Saen Old city visit Wat Chedi Luang - Opium museum - Golden Triangle -  Chiang Mai

* Pick up at your hotel in Chiang Rai

* Baan Dam (Black House) in Chiang Rai. This is the house of National artist Thawan Duchanee and is a huge teak hall and several other teak buildings filled with art, the Black House just exploring this incredibly aesthetically beautiful place that has so many pieces of old and new that is so intriguing. This is a house about death and dark it is in complete contrast to the white temple

Day 6: Mae Khampong Village and Sankhampaeng Home Industries & Departure

Itineraries:

* Pick-up at your hotel at 08.30 am.

* Take 1.45 hour to Ban Mae Kampong is a typical Northern Thai village.  It possesses a unique Northern Thai culture.  Local villagers speak Northern Thai dialect and identify themselves as khonmuang, a separate ethnic group from the central Thai.  

* Start walking to visit local people, village, temple and local food 

* Lunch at local restaurant

* Stop at Coffee on the way

* After that Home Industry in Sankampang, Just outside of Chiang Mai is Borsang San Kampaeng, known to locals as ‘Umbrella Village, with The Home Industry Centre. Here, beautiful Thai artifacts are made to include lovely painted silk umbrellas. A short way further down the road is The Gems Gallery which has on display, just about every jewel and precious metal in the world. There is a small factory workshop at the Gallery and you can actually watch the craftsmen skillfully work and cut the mined ore and stones into masterpieces.

* See how to make the famous local handicrafts such as Thai silk, wood carving, silverware, lacquerware and the most famous speciality of this village-umbrella making.

* Later, our guide will assist with your transfer to Chiang Mai International Airport for your departure, concluding your unforgettable Chiang Mai experience.
