WHEN A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED.

We will only take a deposit from our customers when a tour operator or hotel requires us to take a deposit. Usually this is will be 20% of the tour cost.

We will always try to retrieve any deposit should you have to cancel. However this may not always be possible and in that case we would refund any money paid less the deposit and any bank charges.

All taxes and service charges are included in the rates that are quoted for your product or service.
