The Thai Farm Cooking School has been established in the year 2000 and is owned by Sawat and his Belgian wife Nathalie.
Learn to cook Thai food at organic farm pick fresh ingredients and cook healthy food everyday. Recommended by Lonely planet.
Itinerary:
* Visit the main local Thai market out of the city center
* Explaining and learning about herbs and ingredients at our organic farm
* Cooking jasmine rice
* Pound and make a curry paste from scratch.
* You will make your own curry paste, each person will have their own individual mortar.
* You can decide how spicy or non-spicy you would like to make your own curry paste
* Choose and make one curry paste, one curry, one soup, stir-fry in wok, noodle dish and sweet dessert
* You will learn to make every dish completely by your self from start to finish and will be able to season to your own taste!
* Extra: Papaya salad tasting for everyone!
Timing:
* Pick up at your hotel between 08.00 am to 08.30 am
* Return 04.00 pm to 04.30 pm
Included:
* Full color recipe book with photo instructions, lemongrass tea and drinking water, all ingredients.
* Individual cooking station ( learn by doing!), instruction in English by a Thai cooking instructor.
* Transportation by air-conditioned minivan if you are staying in the city area.
* If you are not staying in the city area, we can meet you at our office, Ruamchook market or another convenient place in the city center.
